About
Grown-up drinks, dressed for the table.
Herbs, spices, and teas, treated like ingredients instead of garnishes. Every drink here is good on its own — and takes beautifully to a pour of something stronger if the night calls for it.
Dress Up Your Glass is run by a small team that thinks a good drink deserves a little ceremony — the right glass, the garnish, the first sip taken standing up.

How We Think About a Drink
01
Dressing the glass is half the fun.
Every recipe comes with its staging: the right glass, the garnish, the tools we like. It isn't showing off — it's being a good host.
02
Good ingredients, plainly named.
Herbs, spices, and teas bring the bitterness, the aroma, and the slow-sip depth. That's what makes these drinks instead of juice — no mystery, just rosemary and ginger and tea.
03
Alcohol is welcome. It's just not required.
Some of these take beautifully to gin or rye, and we say so on the recipe when they do. But nothing on the menu needs it to be good.
04
A little ceremony goes a long way.
Chill the glass. Twist the peel. Take the first sip standing up. Small things — but they're the difference between having a drink and making one.
The One Rule
"If it only tastes good with alcohol in it, it doesn't make the menu."
Everything here earns its number on flavor first — a clear lead ingredient, a finish that lingers, and a reason to exist at that particular hour.
